REAL FOOD GROWN IN SISTERS, OR
We are a small vegetable farm in Sisters, Oregon, dedicated to organic,
sustainable practices that prioritize soil health, biodiversity, and a balanced lifestyle.
Our Practices
Mahonia Gardens is a one-acre market garden in Sisters, Oregon, cultivating top-quality vegetables, herbs, and flowers since 2013. While not certified organic, we are committed to chemical-free farming practices.
Entering our 14th season in 2026, we grow over 40 vegetable crops and share our produce through our farm stand, Central Oregon Locavore, Agricultural Connections, and local groceries and restaurants (learn more here). Founded by Carys Wilkins and Benji Nagel, our passion for plants, bugs, soil, and family drives everything we do.

The Stand
Welcome to The Stand! Our farm stand opens at the beginning of May and closes the end of October. We are located At 254 E. Adams Ave. in Downtown Sisters.
We sell seasonal products, mainly fresh produce from our farm. We also bring in veggies and other items from local producers. These include pasture raised eggs and meats, seasonal organic berries, flour, honey, flowers, and more. Any food that we bring in from other sources is produced with organic/sustainable practices. Even more, we do our best to know personally and have relationships with the growers, and trust their practices.
“You don’t have to cook fancy or complicated masterpieces - just good food from fresh ingredients.”
